Refund & Return Policy

1. Purchasing Products

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our outfits. Because many of our items are custom-fitted or made-to-order, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

  • Ready-to-Wear: Can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase provided the tag is intact, and the garment is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Custom Orders: Made-to-measure and customized outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds: We generally do not offer cash refunds. Store credit will be issued for valid returns.

2. Rental Outfits

Renting an outfit from Kanyavar Boutique is subject to the following rules to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition for all clients:

  • Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Condition of Return: The outfit must be returned on the agreed date without any tears, stains, or alterations.
  • Deductions: Minor damages or late returns will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Major damages that render the outfit unusable will require you to pay the full retail price of the garment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (store credit or original payment method). Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking or processing fee, especially if alterations have already begun.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team immediately. Do not ship any items back without prior authorization.
